Night Team Leader required by residential care home in Branksome Park - specialising in elderly dementia and mental health patients.

Rate of pay £8.25 per hour (i.e. approx £18,000 per year) plus benefits. A rate increase for weekend working will be introduced shortly.

Shift pattern is 3 nights one week and 4 nights the next week, so you get alternative weekends off, plus the following Monday.

Experience of care work essential.
Experience in dementia care and staff supervision desirable.
