We are a small but fast growing and dynamic company; currently one of the UK's leading manufacturers and retailers of high quality and affordable memory foam mattresses. We are seeking a bright and upbeat individual to fill the position of Customer Services Online Retail Advisor to help us become a nationally recognised brand synonymous with quality, value and service.
The primary aspects to the role will involve taking incoming calls from
customers, understanding their needs and advising them on the most suitable items from our product range. You will also take card payments and make outgoing calls to advise customers on delivery. You will have an excellent and friendly telephone manner, and a willingness to learn and take responsibility for helping your customers and resolving any queries or issues they might raise.
You must also have excellent written communication skills as you will also be advising customers by email as well as liaising with our courier and warehouse teams.
The secondary aspects to the role will include some general office duties, filing and dealing with in/out bound post. You will be flexible and understanding towards the needs of a small business and happy to pitch in where needed.
We will consider all candidates but some experience in a telephone/customer service based role would be preferred, and knowledge of using the web, email, and internet shopping is essential. The only other necessity is having a positive and cheerful attitude towards dealing with customers.

Your starting salary will be £14,000 with guaranteed incremental rises
throught the first year.
Hours are 9:00 - 5:30 Monday to Friday although as we continue to grow we may expand our opening hours to include working some Saturdays on a flexible basis.
