Head Chef Kitchen Manager
We are looking for someone who can lead a strong team of international chefs to continue to produce high quality food.
We are a managed pub owned by Hall and Woodhouse( visit www.hall-woodhouse.co.uk), a small regional family brewery in Dorset. We change our menu 4 times per year to keep it seasonal. We have come a long way from the old frozen ping and ding food to preparing food fresh on site according to spec’s given by our Michelin star chef at The Brewery. Our menu comes with a recipe book and is complimented by a specials bank of 100+ dishes.
