This is a multi level class, suitable for complete begginers. advanced hoopers will be given hoop moves to learn which will be challening for your level. For one hour a week you will learn to hoop on your torso, arms, legs and off body in elabrote spins and jumps, you'll be taught body imagery and visualization techniques to unleash your creativity within the hoop.
