Mental Health Support Work - Hourly rate negotiable

My client is looking for a Support Worker who has previously specialised in Mental Health who can hit the floor running.

Previous experience working in a Supported environment is essential.


Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure regular contact is made with the service users
- Support all service users to develop and advance their daily living
- Helping with budgeting and applications for benefits etc
- Provide access and advice to other specialist services
- Promote social networks and community links
- Complete service users contact sheets, reviews and other related forms
- Ensure all paperwork and records are relevant, objective and up to date
- Receive referrals and carry out risk assessments for new service users

The support worker will provide emotional and practical support in order to meet the needs of the service users.

An enhanced CRB is absolutely essential for this role.
