Multi-Lingual Helpdesk Support Analysts
Our client, an expanding IT solutions provider are looking for numerous Multi-Lingual Helpdesk Support Analysts to join their European Support Centre and provide first class telephone support to their customers on a range of technical related faults, connectivity and configuration issues to do with mobile communications.
Our client is looking for enthusiastic, self motivated and customer focused individuals who are fluent in English as well as either Norwegian, Dutch, German, Danish or Polish, who are technically minded and looking to develop a career with leading edge technologies. Ideally you will have at least 6 months commercial experience of working within a customer service, helpdesk or technical support capacity and preferably possess a basic understanding of mobile phone communications, GSM technology or IT.
Our clients support centre provides support to customers 5 days per week therefore successful candidates will be expected to work on a 3 week rotating shift basis. This position comes with a basic salary in the region of £14,000 - £16,000 + £1500 KPI bonus and other associated benefits.
