We are currently seeking an experienced Sous Chef for one of Bournemouth's finest 3* Hotels.

The Hotel benefits from a fantastic location and stunning sea views. In addition the Hotel has a great reputation for its cusine and the head chef endeavours to use as many seasonal ingredients as possible.

The ideal candidate must be passionate and dedicated with at least 6 months experience in a 3* environment.

SALARY: UP TO 18K
