Account Director

Our client is a busy fast growing digital agency and they are looking for an experienced Account Director. The Accounts Director acts as the key client relationship driver for our client's accounts, delivering a strategic service that achieves and exceeds income targets and delivers exceptional client service and creative thinking. You will be responsible and accountable for the effectiveness of client relationships, formulation of ideas, the quality of the deliverables and the strategy and account resources across the business. They are also responsible for the account teams under their supervision. The ideal candidate will have a BA degree or substantial experience in account management in an agency environment. You will come form a strong digital media or online marketing background. You will need to be able to show previous experience of working on sizable digital accounts. Experience of design and UX as well as campaign creation and management. Strong commercial awareness and selling/negotiation skills.
Experience in managing creative marketing campaigns.
Experience of working with the public sector would be an advantage
