The area is Quiet and has several very good primary schools within walking distance and a community center at the corner of the street which hosts many activities for children and adults. Our main reasons for leaving are work related and that we wish to move closer to friends and family in westcliff.
The classic victorian design of the building means it has very high ceilings allowing any height of domestic furniture to be housed. It also has a large utility cupboard, and the room ideal for storage.
