My client is looking to recruit a Senior Care Assistant to join their family run Home in the bournemouth area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a SCA to step up into a deputy managerial role, supporting the Home Manager in the day to day running of the home, whilst remainnig hands on delivering care to the residents.


You must have minimum NVQ2, however an NVQ 3 would be desirable. As this is a small home you will need to be a team player whilst also confident working on your own.
