My client is a modern and contemporary hotel/restaurant based outside Bournemouth's bustling town centre -is seeking a passionate restaurant member to join their hard working and fun team!

You will be working at a superior 2 rosette standard, as a 'Chef de Rang' and having responsibility of 8-10 tables with also possessing some wine knowledge.

The operation is busy with covers up to 80 on a busy weekend night for dinner and around 40 for lunch. You will cover banqueting and conference dinners/canapés so having the ability to work quickly and efficiently is key in this role.

Expected of you within the first 3 months will be full knowledge of the menu's and ability to up sell wines/champagne to diners. Having experience working at a 2/3 rosette standard is a definite requirement so only apply if you have experience at this standard.

This role is available immediately for occupancy with interviews/trials being held straight away - but will wait for the right person!

A salary is on offer up to £16,000 per annum with credit card tips and daily cash tips are available. Unfortunately there isn't any live in accommodation so being local to the Bournemouth/Christchurch and surrounding areas. Having your own transport will also be an advantage but not essential.
