Hi guys I'm Steve. I'm 21 and I'm from Cornwall. Ive been a chef for five years, working in prestigious hotels such as The Carlyon Bay and Bedruthan Steps Hotel. I have also worked at rosette restaurants in Fowey at chef de partie level.

I'm a very chilled out dude and I'm pretty sure I've had enough of working in a commercial kitchen, far too much unnecessary stress and far too many hours.
In my time as a chef I have learned vast amounts of culinary knowledge and I am more than capable of cooking top notch home cooked food

My interests include music and gigging, reading, surfing, football and obviously cooking. I suppose you could call me the surfer dude type.

I suppose Ive had enough of tractors, fishermen, trees and cows after growing up down here. I want to experience somewhere new. And i feel this would be the easiest way for me to get on my feet somewhere else.

Think about it guys I am genuine and I'm ready to go. Scratch my back so I can scratch yours, there must be plenty of bad cooks with spare rooms out there
