A production management opportunity has arisen at Puddings & Pies. You will need to demonstrate a progressive career to date, with 3-5 years production management or supervisory experience. A background in Bakery Manufacturing would be a distinct advantage.

You must have experience of producing for high street retailers and contract caterers. You must reflect a proactive and professional management style dedicated to achieving results within a team-orientated culture, whilst promoting the highest standards of quality, health & safety, hygiene and housekeeping. You will have a natural flair for communicating with your team by giving feedback and holding regular briefing sessions. Above all you should be quality focused and results-orientated with a passionate and positive attitude to drive forward continuous improvement.
