Our client is a growing provider of nursing homes across the UK and is resident focused delivering the highest quality of care. As a business they are looking to double in size to approximately 1,200 beds over the next two years offering great career progression. They will achieve this growth by building brand new, high quality accommodation in prime locations throughout the UK. Now is a fantastic time to join this dynamic and growing business.
We are currently seeking a Home Manager to work in a newly extended home in the picturesque New Forest (Hampshire) area, close to the idyllic town of Lymington. The home provides care to older people and older people with dementure. They have a newly built wing which offers residents a high specification of accommodation including flat screen televisions and internet connections in each room.
Salary Package & Benefits
Our client is able to offer £35,000 plus bonus, with the potential for excellent career progression, subsidised local accommodation (this is supplied on a first come first served basis), free meals while on duty and a friendly, supportive working environment.
Person Specification
To be successful you will need an RGN or RMN background with excellent clinical knowledge with 3 years UK experience in the same role for a similar home looking after EMI residents to include the experience of budgetary control and the marketing care homes.
This role will require on call hours of Monday to Friday.
