A project manager is required to assist the operations director in this expanding friendly care home company.
You will be a RGN with extensive care home experience particularly in care of the elderly and dementia care.
A proven track record of professional development and a background as a successful home manager is essential.
You will need to be dynamic and motivated and able to work cohesively as a team member.
The post will involve working closely with the operations director to ensure that high quality care is delivered to the residents in our care. This will include extensive quality monitoring and mangement and taking the company forward to achieve the best possible outcomes for each home.
