I am taking a building firm to the small claims court and as i suffer from severe Dyslexia im having real prpoblems with the paperwork. I am willing to pay a generous cut of the final sum should i win my case.

I have all the information but i am at a loss about how to prepare it and organise my case...if someone has RECENT EXPERIENCE OF A SMALL CLAIM or LEGAL EXPERIENCE i would be grateful for your assistance.

Please note im desperate to win this money back its £6000 and im happy to give a 10% cut to anyone who can help me win the case. PLEASE note if i DO NOT win my case i am unable to pay you but if i DO you wil get 10% of my settlement. I am unable to afford solicitors fees hence im trying this...:(
