Package: £22,600 – £31,000 Basic + OTE up to 40% Bonus + Excellent Company Benefits

We are currently looking for managers in the following departments:
- Applications
- Sales
- Underwriting
- Collections

Although the roles will differ slightly, general responsibilities will include: completing team administration, setting daily objectives, carrying out quality control checks, coaching and developing your team, leading inspirational meetings, and motivating your team to achieve the best of their ability every day.
