Our client is a fantastic country house boutique hotel located in Somerset. The hotel consists of 30 bedrooms along with extremely high quality F+B operations and flexible event/private dining space and a spa and leisure centre.

Job Description
A very proficient Chef de Partie is required to assist the Chef in producing high quality food for the multi food and beverage operation of this property. The role will involve working together as part of a team in ensuring a smoothly run kitchen operation at all times. The ideal candidate will have proven experience at cooking at a high qualitity and must possess the passion and drive to succeed in the kitchen.

Required Experience
You will be an experienced Chef de Partie wanting to make a great career move and join a very successful hotel.
You will already be well experienced in:
* cooking all from fresh
* promoting teamwork at all times
* show passion and motivation
* Training and development

This is a hands on position that requires a dedicated and passionate person who would like to make a great career move.

Salary and Benefits
The salary will be negotiable depending on experience. A minimum salary of around £17000 to £18000 will be offered to the right candidate. Standard company benefits will be included as well.
