Holiday let available-£475 per week. 4 Double rooms and 2 single rooms.The rooms are clean and spacious and come fully furnished with a wardrobe, a desk and a comfy bed and wireless internet. There is a conservatory area, a lounge , kitchen and two bathrooms.

The rooms in the house are modern and of a good size with a large BBQ garden that accommodates private parking and a large out house to store mopeds or bicycles. There is broadband wireless internet, sky TV and amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher and even a sauna shower and Jacuzzi bath! It is situated just over 3 miles from Bournemouth Beach and there is a bus stop across the road which is on the main bus route into Bournemouth and Poole town centre.
The house is available from 1st August for 4 weeks, on a weekly basis. A deposit is required on booking and all monies are payalbe before occupation.
All bills are included.
