DATA CABLING TRAINEE: Required October 2009

Deemrose Data cabling installers require a person to join their New Milton based team.

The successful applicant will probably be educated to ‘A’ level and demonstrate practical aptitude, enthusiasm and reliability. Full training will be given.

Job Specification
Job Title: Structured Cabling Trainee
Reporting to: Project Manager
Area of Responsibility: to assist others with the installation of structured cabling infrastructures.

Specific Duties
To assist others with the following tasks :-

installing cables in trunking or suitable voids.
installing mini-trunking.
terminating data/telephone cables.
testing of installed networks.
installing cabinets and enclosures.
installing telephone wiring distribution enclosures.
installing hardware within cabinets.
keeping sites clean and tidy.
assisting in any way to ensure customer satisfaction.
You will also be expected to assist with other general duties as directed.
