Recruitment agency is looking for a restaurant manager to join this small hotel with a rosetted restaurant.
The role is still very much hands on and your main duties will be
-Staff rota , training and recruitment
- Duty Management
-To look after the various stocks and to deal with suppliers
-To overlook the smooth running of the F&B Operations.

Shifts will include working evenings and week ends on a rota basis.
We are looking for someone who worked at a supervisory level ideally in a rosetted property( or equivalent) and who takes great care in looking after the guests and staff alike.
Live in can be provided if so required.
Starting salary will be around £20000
