*** 5 minutes walk to the buses that go into bournemouth (10 minutes on bus)
***10 minutes walk to the beach
*** the room is nicely decorated and furnished. this is a big detached period house with a lovely garden. I am a young student and would prefer youngish people coming to bournemouth for work over the summer who do not smoke. £80 is including all bills and we have WIFI broadband if you bring your own laptop. 1 weeks rent as deposit secures and rent payable 2 weeks in advance.
