Hi,

I have a spare room in my flat, which I am looking to rent. It is an average size room with a single bed, wadrobe etc.. The flat is a quiet road in Pokesdowne, a couple of minutes walk from christchurch road and the station. The spare room and most of the flat has been recently refurbished. The gas / electric and water bills will be included in the rent.

Looking ideally for a professional or maybe a student, similar age to me (late 20s). Somebody easy-going / relaxed and not bothered if female or male. Length of time depends on circumstances but 3-6 months or possible longer.
