The Three Elms is situated in the heart of Dorset, Nr Sherborne. The pub is currently under new management and has huge potential to gain the reputation of a good food pub. We are currently looking for a passionate Head Chef with experience to cost and design a simple but effective traditional menu. The candidate must have strong organisational skills with the ability and enthusiasm to lead and coach the team to serve quality cuisine. Applicants must have an exciting style of cooking and must enjoy sourcing the best quality and premium ingredients for our customers. Good knowledge of food hygiene, health and safety is a prerequisite.
