Sous Chef required for Twenty on the River Gastro Pub
Sous Chef needed with strong background in a Gastro Pub.
We are recruiting a Sous Chef capable of maintaining standards and catering for up to 100 covers during the day and night over the busy periods.
As Sous Chef you will be expected to cover all the Head Chef responsibilities in his absence, including stock ordering and rotation, maintaining hygiene standards, staff organisation and rotas, alongside a fast paced service.
The venue also covers Weddings and other special events.
You must have sous chef (min 1 year) or chef de partie (min 18 months) experience either within a branded operation or a high volume restaurant. An excellent command of the English language is required, an education background in catering would be great because we are looking for a career focused person.
