Hey!

We're looking for another person to fill our spare double room in Penn Hill (near Westbourne / Parkstone / Branksome).

The flat - 4 bed maisonette, 2 bathrooms (hoping to get a jacuzzi in one within the nxt couple of months), large lounge (soon to have a pole, yes, a pole, and mahoosive TV), kitchen. Just been refurbished, so all still spangly and new! Bit of a roof terrace too, which will be good when the sun eventually comes out of hiding. Great location - across the road from 2 bars, 2 off licenses, and a shop, and only minutes away from town. Lots of parking too, which is nice.

The people - Bobby. Little bit crazy, especially after a drink, usually pretty good at the whole cleaning thing.
KT - Also a little bit crazy, usually without the drink, works a lot, likes to cook for everyone.

We would obviously prefer some hunky guys, but we'll have anyone with a bit of personality!

It is a minimum 6 month let, but you can stay for as long as you like!
