We are 3 young professionals, 2 males and 1 female 25, 28 and 30. We are easy going, friendly and social and looking for like minded people. Ideally we want young professionals who approx. work 9-5, preferably aged between early 20’s to early 30’s and non-smokers. We keep the house tidy and have a cleaning rota and would like the new housemate to contribute to keeping the house tidy.

This is a very large detached house, with a massive rear garden. The room available is a big double room with a double bed, wardrobe and 2-seater sofa. There is ample on-street parking. We have broadband internet and a landline, and a shared living room.

The house is a 2 min walk from Winton High Street, which has many shops, banks and regular bus services to the train station and Bournemouth town centre.

The room is £210 per month. Bills are NOT included.

Council Tax is £40 per month each, telephone (not including calls) and broadband is approx. £5.25 per month each.

The room will be available from the 1st August. If the room is needed shortly before then it may be possible to make arrangements.
