Seriously we are looking for a permanent member, who is up for rehearsals, prepared to give up some time in getting perfection You dont have to be the worlds best accordionist , just have a good musical ear, and be prepared to work at it ! In return you will be working for good money, in a successful band, and enjoy yourself as a bonus! IN SHORT , WE ARE LOOKING FOR LONG TERM COMMITMENT! sight reading not necessary, but an ability to count bars , and read chord symbols would be helpful!
