I am looking for a future director of the Richmond Group.

Just like the BBC’s hit TV Show “The Apprentice” your role will involve working on real-life business challenges to prove that you deserve a top executive job working for one of the fastest growing financial companies in the UK.

Package of 18k per annum, depending on experience.

This is a permanent full time position working 41.25 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

- have passion and drive
- have a dynamic personality
- be a quick learner
- have strong sales skills
- be able to work well with a team and also on your own initiative

Your role will involve:

- Helping to establish at least one new brand every year that can deliver £1,000,000 profit within twelve months
- researching and developing new businesses
- analysing the UK financial market place
- understanding what your potential customers need and then constantly monitoring and improving the business

Direct experience is not essential but you will need passion and drive to become a great entrepreneur.
