Our client requires an Allocations and Lettings Support Officer in the market town of Christchurch.
This vital administration role will assist the Allocations and Lettings Officer to allocate accommodation in accordance with the Association's policies and procedures.
This involves liaising with local authorities to request nominations, assessing applicants, preparing tenancy agreements and sign up packs, keeping detailed and accurate housing records of progress on all void properties, taking minutes of meetings, plus other administrative tasks as directed.
