Job Description
As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for running sections in the the Kitchen and to ensure that standards are maintained and customer service is being delivered at the highest level. From the one kitchen you will be servicing two outlets , one being the popular busy Brassiere and the other outlet is the highly regarded fine dining restaurant, already awarded with 1 rosette looking to gain a 2nd rosette.

Required Experience
Must have experience within the QUALITY hotel or restaurant market, as well as an excellent culinary skills and you will require a good understanding FRESH ingredients.

Salary and Benefits
The starting salary for this role up to 18,000 and also offers accommodation if you require live in.
