Electrical Engineering Lecturer

I am working with a training establishment looking to grow their team of Electrical Engineer lecturers and trainers to teach both experienced and apprentice Electricians.
The successful Electrician is not required to have lecturing experience as training and support in this area through formal qualifications and mentoring from senior members of staff will be provided.
Package Details:
-Salary: £20000 to £30000 (Dependent on Qualifications and Experience)
-Training: Cert Ed Teaching Degree, NVQ Assessor Awards (A1)
-Pension: 13% - 16% Final Salary Employer Contribution
-Holidays: 35 - 50 days holiday plus Christmas efficiency and Bank Holidays
-Hours: 37 hours per week
-Bonus: £4000 - £5000 one off payment after 12 months for people new to teaching
Requirements
A Qualification in Electrical Engineer
Extensive experience as an electrician across commercialand industrial Electrical Engineering.
A desire to pass on your skills and experience to apprentice electricians.
Experience training electricians in the trade will be a distinct advantage.
The Training
The training establishment will pay for the successful Electrician or experienced Electrical Engineer Lecturer to achieve recognised teaching certificates and NVQ Assessor Awards (A1). Further Training to become an Internal Verifier may be offered if necessary (V1). This training will be done during your working hours and you will be given remission from your normal duties to complete these qualifications. It is beneficial if you are working towards or hold these already.
