The television is fully working, however it is mainly a monitor, as it has DVI and VGA ports on the rear, and also phono sockets for audio input.

It does not have scart sockets, so ideally you would use with a DVI or VGA capable PC as a multi-media centre as a tv etc, or you could use a suitable media receiver box which uses the VGA type connectors to connect to televisions.

The tv does come with a stand, or can also be easily wall mounted.
