Programme Manager

Our client is a busy fast growing digital design agency based in Bournemouth town centre and they are looking for an experienced Programme Manager. For this role you will-
Plan and design the programme and proactively monitor its overall progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate. You will be the main point of contact for a client for the full project lifecycle, communicating updates and other issues on a regular basis.
Be responsible for the successful delivery of all new capability within the programme.
Work with production and account management teams to facilitate the delivery of the programme's projects on time and to budget
Facilitate the assignment of individuals to the project delivery teams, ensuring that there is efficient allocation of common resources and skills within the programme
Manage third party contributions to the programme
Define the programme's governance arrangements
Produce programme progress reports at regular intervals to internal and external sponsors
Forecast and monitor revenue streams and costs associated with the programme, working closely with the Head of Finance and finance team. Manage the programme's budget, monitoring the expenditures and costs against delivered and realised benefits as the programme progresses.

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree/HND level or equivalent in a related discipline or you will need to have substantial experience within a similar type of role. You will need to have a good understanding of industry standard methodologies; Prince 2 or Agile. Previous experience of working within a digital agency environment. You will need to be able to estimate timescales and understand project costs and financial implications of decisions. Ideally you will have excellent verbal, written and presentational skills and be able to explain technical project management solutions to others. You will need to be able to develop strong business relationships .
You will need to be prepared to travel across the UK for this position.

Salary
Up to £45k + benefits package DOE
