*A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sous Chef to work in this luxury Hotel

*The Hotel has a 90 cover a la carte restaurant with a busy banqueting venue

* The Restaurant has already gained 1 rosette and as Sous Chef you will be leading a brigade of 9 other chefs, with the focus of gaining their 2nd rosette

*The successful Sous Chef must have experience in working in a rosetted environment and must be passionate about cooking fresh food. You will be helping to training and develop other staff members as well as being involved in financial aspects of the kitchen.
