We are a local village pub in Puddletown that serves restaurant style food in a relaxed atmosphere. We have a great team but it is quite small and we are getting so busy that we need to hire a sous chef that is capable of covering the head chef on his days off/holidays. The standard of our food is very high, we cook everything from fresh and use local produce where ever possible. The sous chef must have experience of cooking to rosette standard and be keen and enthusiastic enough to want to help the head chef with the running of his kitchen. Salary is negotiable dependant on whether you require a live-in position.
