Purple Magna 'vienna' mountain bike bought from Toys r us for £107 (bell and very comfy seat added extras) used a handful of times and kept indoors. Still got receipt and manual in bag. on receipt it says 24" on the bike there is a sticker for 15", As I have no clue as to measure a bike i cant suggest its exact size apart from tell you it suited me perfectly and I am 5'4".
