Michelin Starred Chef Gary Rhodes is to open an exciting new restaurant on the Harbour’s edge at the Christchurch Harbour Hotel, Avonmouth. “Rhodes South” is an ambitious move to combine his classic dishes with a custom-built carbon neutral and modern environment right on the water’s edge.
