Hi we hav a 2 bed apartment right on deal sea front in kent.With fantastic sea views and people.

We are looing for anywhere in the uk that is rural and even requiring renovation.

We are privately renting at £115 per week but landlady happily accepts housing benefit. electricty only we pay via prepay meter at approx £10 per week.

The beach is approx 30 seconds across a single road.

Shops and town and being a small town is about 3-5 minutes walk to the north of our location.

To the south you have Deal castle which is less than 1 minutes walk and walmer castle (formerly official residence of he Queen Mother.)

Deal is a small town on the south east coast of Kent and surrounded by fantastic rural and heritage sites.

The community is very much a cafe and bar society with the obvious coastal fish and chippy on most corners.

Deal benefits from town centre exclusion zones for teenagers in groups of 2 or more who if found are escorted home by the police after 9 pm. Thats not because we have trouble as the only thing we hear at night is the sound of the waves on the beach.But because it is a town that prides itself on family values.
You`re children can go anywhere so long as they behave else the local bobby will be knocking on your door with child in tow

We have 4 children now that my partner and I have moved in with each other. ages 5,6,9,10 and never had any of them escorted home!

There are a million things for children and family to do in and around the local area and we would not be moving if it was not for the fact that we don`t have enough room and the kids want a puppy.

So any rural location within the UK with a decent garden asap
