A wonderful chance for a talented SNR Chef de Partie/Sous Chef to join a motivated team, working to high standards in a well established Restaurant.

Working 6 over 7 – Three nights off a week. Mix of straights and splits.

The Restaurant is seeking a dedicated, driven and ambitious chef to work within the existing team. This position requires a Chef who has a good all round knowledge with use of raw ingredients and produce.

Ideally you will have worked in a Restaurant with Rosette standards.

All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK.

NVQ Levels 1&2. Worked in similar establishments. Able to work under pressure during busy periods. Attention to detail. Experienced to a high standard on all sections of a kitchen. Forward thinker.
