The Hotel boasts a perfect location and rosette level food.

The ideal Sous Chef will be experienced in fresh food production and preparation, stock ordering and management as well as having a good ability to motivate and develop the kitchen team.

We are looking for outstanding chefs, passionate about cooking from fresh and determined to reach the top.
