Flat is at the end of Southbourne Grove, close to all local amenities including bus stops for all major bus routes & 5 mins from Pokesdown train station. The flat is about 20 mins from Bournemouth town centre by bus and a stone's throw from the beach.
I am 26, a vegetarian, a smoker and I have a very affectionate cat. I currently work full time and am starting Bournemouth University in September.
I am looking for someone of a simular age, working professional &/or mature Uni student. Someone who is clean & tidy, respectful and chilled as well as sociable.
