We are looking for Care Assistants with NVQ 2 that are looking to progress their career and eventually move into more senior roles within the organisation.

Must have NVQ 2 or above in Health and Social Care.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must have a passion for care and be willing to learn and progress.
A good team player.
