An exciting opportunity has arisen within a respected Private Limited Company based in Aldershot for an experienced HR Manager to join their busy team. You will be responsible for provisional HR advice and support service as well as implementing people strategy across the Group. Based in Aldershot with travel around Salisbury plain area, you will be responsible for 500 employees.

Key duties of the role are Operational Management, Performance Management, Recruitment, Reward, Employee Relations and Business Development.

It is essential that the successful candidate has Trade Union experience and holds a CIPD qualification. Applicants should have a background in employment legislation, policy design & implementation, training & development and be commercially astute.

Salary is £40,000 - £43,000 pa. + Car + Benefits.
