my wife's left me! AARRGGHHH! so now i (non smoking 28y/o male) am scuppered for rent, so i need to find someone to rent my small bedroom (i mean small, a bit bigger than a box room)

1minute walk for bus to town, 1.5minute walk for bus to castlepoint. off road parking availiable,

availiable early - mid august which gives me time to get it tidied and decorated.

prefer non smoker. male/female dont mind as long as you pay rent on time, i work early mornings so i go out the house at 2.30am most nights, and am back by 9 and usually asleep by 9.15am. so morning noise would have to be kept to a minimum,

£60p/w inc bills, internet, cable tv, c.tax etc.

deposit 2weeks rent, + week in advance.
