BOWEN

Bowen is a technique that was developed by the late Tom Bowen (1916 - 1982) in a place called Geelong, Australia.

It is a vibrational energy therapy that is gentle yet dynamic and this soft tissue technique is 'state of the art' in remedial therapy.

The body has its own blue print of how it is meant to be and it reminds and stimulates the blue print to do something about it.

Simply stated, in addition to rebalancing the ANS, Bowen may also allow the body to reset and heal itself by way of the Nervous and Endocrine systems among others.

There are frequent pauses between moves or groups of moves which give the body time to benefit. The human body is so amazing and this self healing is achieved with minimal outside influence.
