Formed in the 90's my client has become one of Dorset's leading commercial property consultancies. They provide a range of services from Valuations, Professional services, Building Consultancy, Agency, Planning, and Property management. They are extremely proud of the client base they have developed over the last decade that includes a range of local, national and multi-national clients in both the public and private sectors.
 
Due to growth they require a competent and forward thinking Building Surveyor to work alongside the partner, two surveyors and one technician. You will be an integral part of the organisation that has grown year on year. You will have experience in professional building surveying duties including Building Surveys, Party wall, Dilapidation, Contract administration, CDM, etc. Their clients can vary from corporate to private commercial clients, and there are many referrals from within other areas of the business. They have a strong focus on working as a ‘team' and believe that referrals between departments enable them to provide clients with all their property related needs.
 
A very distinct career path and development programme is available for the right candidate. You will need to be competent in your Building Surveying duties, have a strong work ethic, and a good team player. In return you can expect a package to suit you and your needs.
