This busy and vibrant seafront restaurant is looking to strengthen its current team.

The ideal applicant would have a minimum of 2yrs experience, be experienced in all sections of the kitchen and have enthusiasm and drive.

Must be confident with running section, ordering, stock rotation, basic food hygiene.

Be tidy, organised and well presented and have the ability to work well under pressure at busy times.
