Experienced chef dr rang required by Best Recruitment
Our very prestigious clients are looking for excellent quailty and proven working experience. As a chef de rang you will answer directly to the Maitre d and be responsible for running your station. Your duties will include all aspects of front of house including preparing the restaurant for service ( cleaning and laundry duties, linen preperation, silver polishing and table top preperations. You will also be required to preform all duties as expected of a host and front of house professional ( explaining menu to guests, serving dishes, clearing plates, full wine and beverage service and bread service. You will also need to perform Gueridon services ( meat carving, fish service, cheese trolley and cigar service)
The ideal candidate will have a proven work history and be a fully trained chef de rang with at least 1 years experience. You must be able to fully converse with clients and guests in fluent english. you will also require excellent written and numerical skills
