The rent is 180pcm / £45 per week and the room is available right away.

There are both 1st and 2nd years moving in who don’t all know each other so there aren’t really any groups formed and there are 3 girls and 2 boys.

10min walk from town, 20min walk from university with lots of local shops and pubs available.
